Income Mantra sells digital products (downloadable PDF guides). Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you have a genuine issue, we will work with you to resolve it.
Our Commitment: We never want you to feel stuck. If something is genuinely wrong with your purchase — we'll make it right.
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
✅ Valid Refund Reasons:
- Non-Delivery: You paid successfully but did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
- Corrupt Files: The downloaded files are corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide working replacement files
- Significantly Not as Described: The product content is materially different from what was described on our sales page, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase
To be eligible, refund requests must be made within 7 days of your original purchase date.
We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
❌ Non-Refundable Situations:
- You have successfully downloaded the guides and are simply unhappy with the content or change your mind
- You claim the methods "didn't work" — results depend entirely on your individual effort, consistency, and implementation
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
- You purchased the product as a gift or on behalf of someone else
- You already requested and received a refund for a previous purchase from Income Mantra
- The request appears to be an attempt to obtain the content for free
We trust our customers to act in good faith. Abuse of our refund policy may result in being blocked from future purchases.

We'll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:
- We will confirm approval via email within 3–5 business days
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account
Note: Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different account or method.
If you are experiencing technical problems such as:
- Unable to open or read the PDF files
- Download link not working or expired
- Files not received in your inbox (check your spam/junk folder first)
Please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases, we can resolve technical issues quickly by resending your download link or providing support to open the files. We'd much rather help you access your purchase than issue a refund.
